I'm very interested in classical music and I'd like to know more about it, so that I can enjoy little details more.
I'm looking for lectures on music theory where the lecturer explains a certain aspect of music (e.g. how sonatas are constructed) and then demonstrates the theory on famous works drawing attention to parts of the pieces which show what solution the author chose for that particular problem.
Are there such lectures available which are suitable for people with no musical education?
I'm looking for free educational videos on the net, but I'm also interested in other form of lectures.
Thanks in advance.
