I downloaded music to my mp3 player but when i try to play the music it says theres no music on it?

i know the music is on it because i 've plugged it into other computers and the music shows up .... my mp3 player is a RCA LYRA

lyra are junk mp3 players (if u dont believe me, check out that link below)....sorry to break the news but that is why no one really talking about them unlike ipod. just get an ipod nano and ur problem with downloading songs is solved...they are so user friendly and seem to say 'hello' to you as you turn it on.....soooo cute :)
