Music to cell phone (JUKE) on MAC. HELP!?

I have a mac and a samsung juke. I looked up how to put music onto my cell phone, and it worked at first. Then I didn't eject it right, and the music disappeared. It is still in the folder music when I click on the icon that symbolizes the juke. Except it won't download to my phone now. Help!

閳荤瘺pen Samsung Media Studio 5, click [My Album] at the top of the page, and then Click [New Album] at the bottom.

閳荤瘖reate a title for your new playlist / album, and then click [OK]

閳荤瘖lick [My PC] to view your music, and then double click the playlist / album you just created.

閳荤he empty Album opens on the right. Highlight the tracks you want to add to the playlist, and then click [Transfer]. The tracks you selected are transferred to your new playlist.

閳荤瘖onnect the YP-K5 to a USB Port on your PC using the USB cable provided.

閳荤瘖lick [My Album] at the top, and then [Portable] on the right. Highlight the playlist / album you want to transfer, and then click the [Transfer] Button. The playlist is transferred to the YP-K5.

check manual, and verify tht both player and computer are in sync,
