I used to use Limewire for downloading my music, but yea, it's illegal, so I took it away, and it did gave my computer virsues and spywares.

I got a new ipod for Christmas and I was just wondering where to download free, legal, music?

if music is FREE then it will never be LEGAL, and the other way around. this is not terribly hard to understand, yet hundreds of people continue to ask about this. there is free music, and there is legal music, THERE IS NO COMBINATION OF THE TWO. NOW STOP ******* ASKING ABOUT THIS.
well if u live in america then you cant get "free, LEGAL, music" but downloading in canada is free.... soooooo unless you live here, your downloading is illegal
